The Nyara Beads black and white campaign was shot in Los Angeles. Smashbox Studios graciously donated their space. We wanted a clean, fun and sophisticated look. Photographer Julian Le Ballister translated the objective beautifully in black and white portraits. We asked people to bring their own special personality to the shoot. What we got was an amazing array of shots of people from all walks of life including Jack Coleman (Heroes, Castle), Amanda Crew (Silicon Valley, Jobs), Grace Park (Hawaii Five-O), husband and wife duo Helenna Santos (Founder Ms. In The Biz) and Barry Levy (Scandal, Division Denim), Victor Webster (Continuum), Katie Cleary (Give Me Shelter), Joanna Krupa (Dancing With the Stars) and myself as the leaping dancer.

The campaign was to help promote our paper bead jewelry – a product of the Atiak Women’s Business Group.
